SCO is grasping at straws!
SCO realizes that they have extremely little to validate there claims.
So knowing full well that the Bush administration will jump at any chance to thwart free speak, & intellectual property, or claim that there is a threat to home land security; they will now attempt to force all to copy right there works in an attempt to kill off open source.
"But wait!!"
Say I do take the time and cost to copyright my works. who's to say that I would need to sell those works or even sell them for more than $0.01
And if someone takes my work and tweaks it that does not mean I am forced to litigate.
How ever if SCO "co-opted my works" I'd be more than happy too.

These are dangerous times for developers as well as computer users.
Too few are aware of the bills in congress that if passed will limit our current and future rights.
While we all hate spam in our inbox our congressional representatives only hear about the porno ads, and scammers on line. so in an effort to legislate one aspect of the internet they are effecting many unrelated areas.
In the end SCO my win due to there deep pockets and the ignorance of our elected officials; and only the hackers and very savvy computer users will be able to access all of the information available on the net.
