Disagree with Have and Have Not
Look this is very simple and if you can not see it, it is your issue and this retort of have vs have not is crap.

1. To program and interface to ANYTHING on this God given earth you need to know how it works or as a very minimum what the ports are and what the expected communications protocols that are expected are. To do this you have to have the info that defines these pieces of information. If the people that make the product will not share that information then it is Propriatary and only they can support it in any fashion or form.

That is Anti-Competition. It prevents any one from competing.

That is not the haves and have nots it is the people the build it not showing how it was built so only they can fix or replicate it. Again being Anti-Competitive.

To be Competitive as the IRL Racing League shows you have to have a level playing field. That means everything is the same across the board then it is up to the skills and know how to make the process work.

Sounds like these folks did not have the same Parents that taught them how to share what they had vs playing with what they had and never letting anyone else play with what they had.

But there comes that arguement that they have a benevolent society and give so much back to the Community. HOG WASH..... That is spoils that they have nothing else to do with.... They have to do something with it.... It would otherwise go to waste..... Give me a break....

This is not Robin Hood. This is Law Makers Enforcing the laws of their land. If you want to play the game on their Turf then PLAY BY THEIR RULES!!!! That is pretty Simple. That is there rules and not the United States Rules....

The US does not seem to want to make Big Business TOE THE LINE like the EU just did. I applaud the EU. Drive on. This is good for everyone. It means that no one is above the Law. No matter Status.
