Wrong. The complaint is not about MS stealing their property. You call the police is someone steals your property.
This complaint is to force Microsoft to open up their product for competitors leach off the success of the Windows product, replace the MS value in their own product with their own.
If that is what a monopoly is suppose to do (expose their product building block to competition) - well that's another story altogether. MS has every right not to bend over and take it.
