EU has no right

Well, it thats the case then EU has no right to
1) protest at the WTO that the US govt giving defense contracts to Boeing is the equivalent of a subsidy
2) ask Iran not to proceed with development of nuclear weapons
3) ask North Korea not to proceed with missile tests
4) protest that the Chinese violate human rights violations.

Since they seem to be doing all this, the EU coming up with a bizzare ruling against MS is the equivalent of a communist abusing power.
