Ah, yes
Well, there you have it my friend. "Note to ALL non-European companies - the rules are clear and you know what they are. If you don't like them then don't trade here. Nobody will force you to trade here against your will." Since the rules (I take here you mean laws) are so clear, you won't mind detailing for us the clarity of the rules Microsoft broke. I mean just tell us what they did and exactly which law (er, rule) they broke and how they broke it. To help you out as an example, say law (er, rule) 23A(2) says If you are a monopoly operating system vendor you cannot put a media player in your operating system product. If you do, you are in violation of this rule and you will be punished severely, and we do mean severely. You may avoid this violation by either not including media player services in your operating system or by bundling several media players and letting the users select the one they want. By the way, you should do this to browsers, networks, fonts, file managers, administrative tools (we will define those later) and any other tool or service you provide with your system (we will define those later too).

See how easy it is to comply with these precise laws (er, rules). Now, using this example, go ahead and detail the actual simple rules so that both we and Microsoft will fully understand. You did say they were clear and simple, didn't you?

Thanks for your help
