Jim Predergast must have been misquoted. He should have said
"This development makes it clear that successful American companies will not be able to bullsh*t local legislators and their entire global business strategy may be need to involve trading honestly on a level playing field instead of the usual policy of obstruction and baloney followed by bullying, suing and stamping all over the competition"
Note to ALL non-European companies - the rules are clear and you know what they are. If you don't like them then don't trade here. Nobody will force you to trade here against your will.
