That's right. You get to pay for at least 42 months and they still haven't said how much.

If you upgrade your hardware, as I do about every 24 - 30 months, how much more does that cost?

Well there's a MS sucker born every second, so MS will probably make even more money on those too stupid to calculate the real costs and the hidden costs of contingency.
