Computer's value is sub 100
Anything incapable of running XP has a street value of less than $100. The local flea market has literally piles of these machines priced at or under $35.

Actually the value is not much at all or is a liability as you would have to pay to dispose of it.

Well you could try to donate it, although many charities tend not to want sub 200 Mhz computers either, as they tend to want to put the Windows on them, and it cost money to dispose of them.

Many light/small Linuxes such as Puppy, DSL, Austrumi, BeatrIX, Feather, Ect will run well on them though, assuming they have the required memory, and they could be used to surf the net, receive/send Email, word process, and some edutainment/puzzle games. In other words perfect machines for a senior citizen/church/company/public/school community center/Internet cafe/reception desk/library/writing lab.
