More Microsoft class-action documents on Web

Smart Post, Peter...Replies Will Be Scarce: It's unfortunate that many who post in these threads do not understand just how deep the behavior resembling and sometimes exceeding that of Microsoft happens daily in industries other than IT. (To this day, my grocery chain gives preferential shelf placement to the cereal companies that are willing to pay the extra $$.)

I'll take a more responsible Microsoft any day, but also understand that it truly is a competitive "jungle out there..."
