Nope, Nope and Nope and Nope again.
First off, if this is going to be a problem in the future now with this program, why is it it was not a problem with any of the other previous encryption programs or methods that have been out there and available for years?

Every single potential problem you ascribe to this software is no different then the exact same potential problems that have existed almost since the internet became a reality. If your saying its never been a problem before because staff has never used such encryption programs in the past due to such potential problematic issues, well it sounds to me like you have the corrective policy in place already.

Really, no issue here, only the tiniest wee bit of common sense will do the trick.
