to write my opinion that while the 'top down relationships of administration as it pertains to ICAHN are very much helpful the ideas of 'authenticity,and 'privacy don't necesarilly come with information to 'state-of-government,'state-of-business relationships. There is very true ,real fundamentals to ''information liberalization,wich corrospond to the idealist viewpoint of 'quanitification eqauls qualification as is pertained to it (information liberalization).

Nothing needs further be said about this since the perspective changes when the 'include is given benifit of data without the assumption of person.

As well the idea of a ''local net". If you look at the geographic delegations of domain names A LOT of areas use just that for its domain orientation. Now there isn't any reason a single organization or business should look as this in a way wich is 'all,or 'everything that could be corresponding to its existence (single entity). But the value of having a local net is very large if it is considered the usability for something such as : wln.1231street.nl,wln.1241street.ln,wln.1251street.ln.

Since these would tend to be real true adressing mechanisms to involve technologies of persons wich utilize them. The idea wich involves this scheme,of wich ICAHN could settle by 'batching domains to proprietors offering such a service fits in to the idea moreso of 'person,than that of wich would be denoted of 'Verisigns right to 'give-the-domain-for sale immediately after it was distributed for noticing such a thing. In fact this may involve IP rights on a larger scale where 'in person has been admonishly ignored within its veriation. And where the 'province/business authorization is completely subjective to its usage in person.

For example do so in such a way does not describe the 'local zoning commision as 'delegating a new address,but however when done should be estabolished as doing so.

The whole idea of 'in personality where the web is accessible ''worldwide''is the subjective topic in point. Where ICAHN should take some notice of perspective concerning it. As it would not be necesary to be 'worldwide''in this scenario,although the operability would be present,the 'local net would not be.

It would not be on the scale of 'bandwidth,in particular where applications are subjected to large loops of unknown colateral - the 'in concert relationship would be to have the 'local bandwidth 'local so the technology would advantage its exhibition in use of the technology.

This could be relevantly seen within the 'wireless connectivity devices.But the 'non-wireless could speak of performance beyond the mention of the wwws.As well participation wich is relevant to 'person,on the 'local 'geographic scale within technologies that would pertain to being so 'local.

So the premise ,and criteria for local net would be different from that of www. However there isn't any reason that ICAHN could not note the example,or offer the variation in substance and guide in 'sets of local nets wich one take advantage of the variation. Notwithstanding,the difference of 'persona,and 'person should be recognized where the ideas of 'making available are extremely subjective in that light of local net. Along with the 'province/business governess wich denotes its own specialty - a relevence ICAHN shouldn't rely on quantifying to be included.
