though i agree with what you said
I disagree on price. Lotus Notes is actually cheaper per license than Exchange. I have found $521 for 5 licences of Exchange, and $1195 for 20 licenses of lotus notes. I'm sure on both with the higher amounts of licenses you purchase the lower the costs of each, but I can't find Exchange being cheaper anywhere.

As for the rest, I agree, never did like Lotus Notes because it was slower and harder to manage for users. I always prefered GroupWise myself.
