You might be right about the linux admins and MCSE's, but I don't see many linux bootcamps yet. I'm hating those bootcamps, they are the people who made my salary drop thanks to their idiot tech's who are taught the answers to the questions and no real experience. I would like to see these bootcamps burned to the ground.
