Even preinstalled, Windows XP will cost more than $50 (for Home edition...) XP Pro can be had, if you shop around and buy it with a machine for about $150 to $190 if you shop around.
Enterprise version? You must be referring to Windows 2003 Server... If so, then yes, that OS will set you back some money.
