It hinders productivity

I''m not sure how it's supposed to do that. The majority of users in buisiness use their pc for communication abd wordprocessing. Most of it in very basic form. Their is a smaller subset of users that might do more advanced things in word processing and there is a small subset that you could call powerusers. Only the last group might experience some trouble because integration isn't as good as with the MS office software. The majority of users can use Linux for their everyday work without it ever having a negative impact on productivity.
