What do the people of Mass want?
Not even the Monarchs of Europe had that kind of absolutness or the lack of wisdom since the Holy Roman Empire.

I think that OOS should come up with disabled access software instead of putting it on MS's lap after demonizing them for being Satan. And you wonder why MS busts your parasitic interoperability. You guys remind me of kids that run away from home saying I don't need you anymore and then calling home for money for a bus trip home.

As for millions being saved, I don't think so. Until you guys create a ecosystem to attract ALL software vendors to write to the platform, the added labor in being all by yourself will eat up the savings. Also the people and industry will not switch to be able to share documents with other folks out of state. This is Mass's metric system.
