Legal experts urge spam leniency

This is just as bad as fraud and hacking

When spammers start use viruses to set up unsuspecting home user as smtp relays servers that end up getting that ISPs name on black list then that effects business. When you business partner start having trouble sending highly critical emails the sh** hits the fan.

So fine em and fine em good. Make it very unprofitable to do this. Jail time would be good too.
