If this was only about SCO. But this kind of litigation might very well become comonplace in the future and as a buisiness it just might be worth it to take up insurance. MS is seeking patents at an alarming rate and that could very well be the next front OS will have to fight. It might be prudent to start looking at the patents MS would like to have awarded and start looking for prior art now....before it's to late. This new firm might just be the right kind of help.
