BYOA = bye-bye AOL
As a former user of AOL's "Bring your own account" service, I can assure you that there is NO compelling reason to stick with AOL once you have a cable or DSL connection. I maintained my BYOA account solely to keep the old AOL email accounts active. After a period of time, I realized that no one in the family was using this service. By then it had increased in price from $10 per month to $12 per month. Now it's $15 per month. What a bargain! NOT!
