Must we be nasty to the folks at Microsoft ?
Could it not be that they are slowly (very slowly) learning the trade that they are supposed to already be masters of ? Could it not be that their mistakes are being "masterfully" passed off on the public by one of the best spin-doctors in the world ? (Bill the Twitch, I mean).
Kindness to the handicapped, to children, and to the sick were things I learned when young.
