Here is how to make my experience better

STOP treating me (your customer) like a criminal.

STOP putting road blocks in my way of using your product.

STOP ignoring what I really want.

STOP trying to backdoor stuff I don't want into my computer.

Every computer I and the company I work for buy has Windows pre-installed on it.

I am NOT having a good Microsoft experience lately.

We are 99% Microsoft shop here. Lately we are getting nothing but grief from it.

Why is it that the very few Linux boxes that we have just work?

Why do we continue being a Microsoft customer? I will tell you those reasons are dwindling fast.

I can sum up my Microsoft "experience" in the last year with one word.
