My Same Contention
LOWER the price of the software and Piracy will diminish.
It is like an equalibrium.
The higher the price, then the higher the number of pirated copies. So in theory, the total number of copies divided by the total sales price will equal pretty close to what the software should have sold for in the first place.
AND
Don't treat everyone as a pirate, which the Genuine Advantage really does. It is installed to check EVERYONE and therefor says very loudly, that Microsoft thinks you are a pirate.
There has to be a reasonable manner to award legitimate copies without loading spyware on EVERYONES computer.
So, treat me with respect and I will buy my legitmate software. Treat me like a pirate and I will act like one.
