Touring Test Your Fired
The basic premise used for this adherence to 'precence, is that the machine is smarter than the individual,or human factor - and that there is some greater deligation to the 'totality of a system being networked.

The usage,or presence here,is completely erroneous. And if it is used Microsoft,IBM,and all other encapsulating EU agreement to it should be sued throughly and completely.

Presence in reality deals only with the apharent adaquecy of the sense based premise towards the human being. It is not an ordination of tehcnology derived through the derivitive. Sight(visual),sound (or hearing, listening), Touch (in sense of control) this is what 'presence is about. The machine in the capability is 'presence of the human sense world being detailed in that capacity.

If it is that these conglomerate want to brag about their aquantaince to 'control of those persons through its technical stature in the benifits of 'touring them (wich is the inadaquecy test of 'presence) they can consider themselves to have already failed.

From this article,I am again confronted with the 'force feed EU.

EULA will be defeated. EULA will loose.

Reading from this I see any human as it be IBM,or Microsoft to have the 'presence part adaquetly configured.

-just talking.
