See IBM (or fill in the blank here of any company) leak code.

See other companies put up bigger firewalls around their IP.

See the OS drive amongst companies slow down and cease all together.

It's not like this isn't happening anyways - in 5 to 10 years the Open Source movement will not look anything like it does today, due to the 'adoption' - read adaption - done to it by corporations and companies.
