They have the link wrong. They gave the one for the old version called
Microsoft Office. That version is now obsolete. The new version of Microsoft Office is now called OpenOffice, and is available at:

http://www.openoffice.org/

The new version does not have all of the vulnerabilitys and bad coding practices of the old one. It will also now be free, and you only need to pay if you would like to have support.
