MS has SCO's back
Microsoft has seen in SCO an avenue for attacking OSS without having to do it directly. They will continue to find ways to provide funds for SCO's litigation because it fits their current business model - if you can't provide a better product, sue your competitors into oblivion. Microsoft's warchest of billions of dollars will provide decades of lawsuits and appeals, on an international scale. Look at what they are doing to Lindows - they can't win a court case here in the US, so they find a judge in a country that doesn't give the defendant its day in court before making a ruling. SCO will benefit from the deepest pockets in the world - Microsofts legal fund.
