It is if the Judge rules that you can do it
Filing a law suit in general is not but if a Judge rules you can file a specific law suit then indeed that is now illegal and technically you could go to jail for the rest of you life for breaking that law. Not that it would happen. Judges can give out comtempt of court ruling putting in in jail for a very long time though they usually just fine and give you 3 days in lock up to think about you mistakes.
