You're going way overboard
Lindows was launched as a vehicle claiming superior LINux winDOWS. The name combines that of an open source product with a long, long recognized concept in the computer world. Yes, the Lin part is a specific product, and I don't know if anybody has taken legal action on that account.

You might disagree with Lindows advertising claims, but these examples you have thrown out are utter nonsense.

Now if Microsoft comes out with a MEDical application that cures something under your HAT, you might think about the appropriateness of the name.
