Microsoft Code of Conduct
Well, all I can say is that their code of conduct document has an interesting list in the "Keep It Legal" section.

They list normal things that you would expect to be prohibited...you know, porn, doing bad things with animals, etc. and then in the same list, they put "software". What? Check it out. I'm not sure what it means, but it was an interesting list to include "software" in.... here is the blurb, hopefully it won't get caught in ZdNets badword filter.


You cannot use the CodePlex or Microsoft collaborative services to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information, specifically, but not limited to, child pornography, bestiality, incest, illegal drugs, software and harassment..
