No, what's clear is that this kind of material is driven by vendor push rather than actual user demand.

The actual market uptake for "converged communications" is so deep in the noise that you can draw any conclusion you like from it -- rising vertically, never got off the ground, blipped, you name it. It's all fantasy at this point.
