I think many are already doing this.
I think most Americans already buy American products according to the website.

For me, a quarter of my stuff is American. About half isn't listed there at all so I don't know. And the other quarter most likely has a foreign element in it. But I choose based on what serves me best. I don't want to waste money (especially during these times) on what I consider to be inferior products. And some times the "American" product costs more!!
