My mother is out of work, she is 61 years old. She cashed in what little 401k she has, I am helping pay her bills, plus I have a family. So outsourcing is really good, I just got through taking her to the doctor $200 plus prescriptions.

Also, there are NO middle management jobs around, what decade are you living in. They were all gutted in the 80's.

The jobs you are talking about are the ones being outsourced.
