Only problem, he's never been convicted with a crime
I really don't see anything that Bill Gates has done as criminal. I don't even think Micrsoft has done anything criminal. Microsoft can best be known for taking advantage of competitors mistakes. It's not really Microsoft that did anything wrong. Any monopoly they gained was due competitor mistakes. Apple could have ruled the desktop but they chose not to and priced themselves out of the market. This happened to SUN, IBM and others too. When Micrsoft sold Windows 95 for $50 and all the competing OSes where at least double the price and some where even as high as $300 back in the 1995. Netscape lost because thier browse got slower and buggier with each new release. Microsoft's IE was buggy to begin with so no expectations there, it could only get better. Netscape had an awesome browser but it just wen down hill with each new release. Real lost out with Windows Media Play becauase they loaded it with Spyware.

Basically what I'm getting at is you can't punish someone for the stupidity of others.

Now just for the record I'm not huge fan of Microsoft here. There software is second rate at best. But it's certainly not criminal. If anything blame the users for not demanding more of Microsoft and other vendors.
