Some H-1B workers underpaid, federal auditors say

I think it is fair to point out that most of us (I hope) wish you no ill will. Most of my frustration is with the system, not so much with the H-1B workers. I wouldn't care about the abuse of the system, if it hadn't been coupled with rise of unemployment in the IT sector during the 2000-2003 time frame. Alot of us still have a bad taste in our mouths from that. I suspect that H-1B's were brought in to train offshore talent, and that's not what H-1B's were supposed to be used for. The purpose of H-1B's is for company's to be able to locate talent abroad that can't be found here. When someone can't find a job, and employers are asking for more H-1B's, it makes them feel ignored. I'm sure you understand.
