H-1B our outsource or ???

I'd prefer that the U.S. goverment start acting in our national interest by applying a policy: "If you want free access to the U.S. economic market, you must pay Americans American wages." Otherwise you pay a penalty - a tariff.

Unless we want to drop that standard of living, the playing field will not be level. When elitist Bush calls for a "level playing field" in trade with third world nations, this must be a component of the goal.
