H1Bs should not be overpaid.
Hell, America needs to work on America's own before helping others. Last I checked, America is in danger of losing its lead in many areas. Why is it being allowed to continue? I'd love to learn and the instant my remaining debt is paid off I am going back for higher education and risk not getting any return on my investment.
