So they have some strange force surrounding them that causes them to have to worry about the cost of living that does not affect Americans?

The other alternative is that they hire Americans and the person can stay in India and work for less without taking American jobs.

Which is the lesser of two evils? Paying them less to work here or paying them less to work there?
