If the large corporation is overturning what ought to be a legal patent I concur. If the large corporation is seeking to overturn what ought to have been rejected, I disagree. And the little guy ought to be able to overturn an improper patent as well.

But the time has come and gone to re-examine patents and copyrights at the legislative level to ensure that they are balancing the need to grant a temporary monopoly on IP in order to advance the public good. At the moment, I believe too much weight is given to the monopoly part of the equation.
