this is nto an idea that MS is stealing... we are talking about a common sense idea that soemone decided they "invented" and want to license out to everyone. just because they sued MS first doesnt' mean other parties won't be neagativly affected by this.
Notice how the W3C is involved and taking the same side as MS? Doesn't that tell you something?
