Sounds like you just suggested excluding the mail database from virus scanning to prevent lockups.

That's too much like leaving the bars off the jail cells to save the prison some money. I'd ridicule the suggestion if the effort weren't blatantly unnecessary.

I'll pass. From the features listed, it sounds like Exchange is only beginning to catch up to Domino.
