So much for re-training savings
Didn't MSFT's Get the (MSFT) Facts campaign used to tout, and many of you here echo, that one of the reasons for not switching to OpenOffice was that the retraining costs would be prohibitive? And now, the real facts:

And depite Microsoft's claims that Office 2007 will have improved graphical interfaces, the costs of supporting the suite through a help desk will actually increase in the short term as users become acquainted with new features, according to Gartner.

So support and retraining costs really wouldn't be all that different. And now your excuse for not switching to OpenOffice would be...??? (cue the NMBer's)
