The "Pirates" do have a clue..
and they know that they will not get caught. There are so many ways for people to hide their identity.

This will be much like the war on drugs - pointless. Laws like these are created by people who have absolutely no clue how the technology works.

If the movie and record industries really want to combat piracy, they will need to do the one thing they don't desire - lower prices and raise quality. Until then, no laws or commercials will help them in their cause.
