They don't actually call themselves that - any more. It's the
leaders of the "Free World" who do that. And their lap dogs.

China, despicable as they are, is actually instituting Capitalist
reforms and low-level Democracy. It should only take another
generation or two before they are as capitalistic and democratic
as Germany was in the 40's.

That reference didn't go over your head, did it?
