This response was not unexpected.
Communist do NOT allow freedom of thought, do some
research on Stalin and your other heros in China like Mao and
the rest.....
That is what "communist" Russia and China are about. But ...
they are/were dictatorships, "communist" only in name. They
are/were political systems.
Communism is strictly an ECONOMIC system which seeks
social control via centralized ownership and control.
See? Economic. And before you start freaking about the "social
control" part of that, think about the "social control" each of the
three parts of the US government attempt to gain - regardless of
which party is in control of what.
"All the believers were together and had everything in
common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to
anyone as he had need." Acts 2:44-45.
If all give freely of themselves and what's theirs, "ownership"
becomes a moot point. A true Christian gives freely of his/her
possessions to anyone in need. Ownership only prevents
someone from taking what has not been offered. But, if a
good Christian sees someone with a need they can satisfy,
they will do so. Where there are people in need, either there are
no real Christians or no Christians with resources.

Communism, on the other hand, by definition, means 'no
private property,' and state-controlled order.
Communism does try to eliminate the "choice" from the giving.
In theory, they all prosper together, all starve together, or all do
their best to get along. "State Controlled Order" is the status quo
in the US, most of Europe, and much of Asia. Get over it.
