I can't believe...
He actually said that to the public!! As Donnie said, its very arrogant. Its like a slap in the face to all those who put faith in MS and supported SA.

"Software Assurance"... come on... even if you didn't "guarantee" it, you sure made them feel all safe, warm, and fuzzy about it. Now, even if the program didn't hurt their them, this comment sure did. PR wise, this is devastating.

MS's PR personal must be beating the crap out of Tom Rizzo. We should be expecting a personal apology soon from his hospital bed.
