And I think that your information is out of date. Turnover in Indian call centers is horrendous - just one of the reasons call centers there don't support anything except dead weight.

You can't have it both ways. Either demand is down in the US and people are willing to take whatever they can get (what I've seen) or demand is up so far that we need to send work abroad, because there are no job-seekers here. Which is it?

Or are you just "supposing" that Americans wouldn't accept jobs at a lower salary than they used to earn?

I know of experienced IT workers who are working in very low-paid food service jobs, because that's all they can get. How does that mesh with your idea that Americans consider themsleves too special to work for minimum wage?
