Hmm... Let's think about this one...: If the entire point of outsourcing is to lower costs then, corporations will have more profit. Since corporations pay taxes on profit (and generally the marginal tax rate is higher at larger incomes) then corporations will be paying more in taxes. At the same time, displaced workers will need to find other sources of income and be taxed on those earnings.
