Waitasec... who bought ZD recently?
Anybody else notice a "CNN/TimeWarner/Disney/Hollinger" feel here? Maybe ZDNet was recently purchased by a media giant? I wouldn't know... I avoid all CNN/DISney/etc. news stations because of thier "who is suing who" and "Michael Jackson molested Jewel at the Oscars" coverage.

So am I right? Did the techies at ZD get fired for having "boring" stories? Were they replaced by more "with it" account executive types who "KNOW HOW TO SELL COPY"?

Let's face it guys, we nerds aren't the biggest money makers out there for the big ticket advertisers.
