You are right.
Of course you are right. I have never replied... ever. But you know, I'm just getting sick of it all so I want to rant... just for today.

The world is full of "Anything But Microsoft" people. They can spew with impunity.

Does nobody notice that we pro's tend to CHOOSE Microsoft? Nobody twists my arm. I know LINUX is free. I WANT what Microsoft offers. I always have. Microsoft LISTENS to me (me being a generic user/programmer/webmaster/integrator/sysadmin). Nobody else takes such good care of their clients. Nobody.

Do you all remember defending MS-DOS against CPM-70? This battle has waged on and on and on.. Just use what you want and shut up. Stop whining. You like REAL? Use it. REAL can't sell product? That's 'cause they break my computer and the 1400 PC's I am responsible for every day.

What in the HELL does the government know about computers? Hell, they buy mini mainframes and OS/2. Let the market decide (actually, we have already decided so just leave us alone).

Thanks for your patience. I am done. Three flames in one day. Never again. I feel a lot better now.
