Some costs in there, not much
$469 is for the Cluster Software only. The base OS is over and above. And how about discount pricing, for example nodes 1-10 cost $x and nodes 11-50 cost $y (which is a little less than $x), etc.

All in all, the article did not really tell us a whole lot about cost beyond a few crumbs.
